Great service everywhere I've ever rented from Enterprise. Asheville was no exception! Friendly, courteous staff, both picking up and dropping off! Enterprise has never disappointed.
Picking up the car was fast and easy. I was even upgraded to a full size truck at no additional cost. The counter staff was very friendly and helpful.
First off I was given no receipt upon the completed transaction after dropping the car off. Then when I called the national line, the woman gave me a quote of 142.00 to extend it just two day's. That along with the fist quote which was for three days it shpuld have been 259.00. Instead we were charged an extra 30.00. Won't be using them again!!!!

The Asheville Airport location employees provided exceptional customer service from the moment we arrived until we left! They went above and beyond to help us in every way! They are the reason I choose Enterprise when I travel!
