Prepaid for car on Hotwire. Dropped off the car with a full tank. I check my credit car statement later in the week and was still charged $17.25 for gas. I called to have it removed and they said because i drove LESS than 75 miles, they charged for gas automatically. They even said it was in the contract. Odd business practices.
I was helped by Zach who was extremely personable and friendly. Due to travel issues, not Enterprise, it was a mild disaster getting my rental but he helped change my mood with getting me into the right vehicle quickly and efficiently. I would gladly use this location again.
Excellent service when dropping of my rental car. I picked up my rental car from another location, and arrived an hour before my flight departure at the airport, so I was in a hurry and did not know what to expect.
Seriously the most unprofessional business. Had to wait 45 minutes in line because budget was closed and sent us to Avis and there was only one employee working. Then we did an additional 45 minutes to get our rental car which they did not tell us where it was located and we had to go on a hunt for it only to find they had parked it in the main driving area and left it running. Never again!
Luckily, at the airport, signposts clearly indicate where you have to park your rental car. At the designated parking spots, several friendly employees are around to give you instructions on parking, and where to go if you need to fill up the gas tank. After filling up at a nearby gas station and parking the car, turning in the keys and paperwork at the counter at the airport was easy, staff was very friendly and fast. No additional charges on my creditcard statement later on, only the amount that was in the online rental agreement.
Worst experience ever. Could not get the car where I reserved it. Then drove an hour out of my way to where they supposed to transfer the reservation and the lady was rude told me there wasn't a reservation and didn't have a car for me. She never looked to see if I had a reservation. So luckily enterprise has a car so now back an hour to enterprise to get a car. Budget said I can't get my money back for 3 to 5 business days. Hopefully I have the money in my account to rent this from enterprise. PLEASE DON'T RENT A CAR FROM BUDGET OR AVIS.
