The Alpha 422 is a truly remarkable trike, ideal for long, tough riding. It is fast, rap/id accelerating, and beautifully engineered, as well as being great fun to pedal. Outrider are a wonderfully supportive group of people, who really care about their customers. Nothing is too much trouble. MOST strongly recommended, indeed I'm upgrading to the latest model after 7,000 miles on the original machine.
Okay but expensive product, but ran into a nasty employee who really mishandled a situation and attempted to hide a problem, making it much worse. Bad experience, don't recommend.
Been a customer for nearly 7 years. We own two of the OutriderUSA 422 Alpha's and love them. Best investment we've ever made. Customer service has always been great and the folks at Outrider have time and time proved their salt. Amazing products that give people of all abilities wings.
