Great staff! Always courteous and will help even extremely busy. The lady that is hearing challenged is a jewel. Facility is clean except when we customers take wet and dirt in on our shoes when it is raining.
This is the 5th time that USPS has said that they delivered packages on the porch; however, while working from home, I did not see the postal lady deliver anything. I tried to phone and a lady answered at 5:30 to abruptly tell me that they were closed and that she would have someone call me tomorrow. This USPS Office NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT and STAFF. I have also observed them put slips in the box to pick up at office when they could have left on the porch. Poor Service.
Awful post office. Always losing things and when confronted act like it's the customers problem. Incompetent staff. Don't deserve the 16+/hr plus federal benefits. Someone is always complaining when I walk in and they are of little help. Get a PO box at the skyland post office. They are much better and have good reviews on google.

This building seems to be impossible to find, even when you've been there before. I think it may be magic. That's not the reason for two stars though. They get a bad review because they never deliver mail to the correct address. Ever week I have to put mail back in the box to be sent to the correct person. Their excellent on site staff earned them two stars instead of one.
