Excellent insurance agency: they always give us the best products for the need and look out for our best interest. I highly recommend them.

We contacted our previous insurance company again and they conducted a review of our policy and provided us with a quote saving us money and reinstated our policy with them.

Unfortunately, I could not stay with this agent. A life long customer of State Farm, I was surprised at the low level of customer service and care at this location. Continually high turn over in office support staff was noticed throughout my time as a customer. No problems on my policies for the first four years. Unfortunately, when I needed help the agent was very resistant and would not conduct a paperwork inquiry. I eventually turned to the State Farm Corporate Office. Previous agents have been wonderful and my new agent is very responsive. I do not think that it is a reflection of State Farm. My parents have used State Farm for 44 years. Problems should be reported to the State Farm ethics hotline.

Shocked! We have been with another national insurance company (the lizard) for over 4 years and when rates went slightly up for renewal (with no tickets/no accidents) we shopped around for a better rate. The agent at this branch quoted us a rate which would save us money and to which we agreed and paid a first month premium via bank draft. Start of policy was not to occur until a month later when our existing policy with the other insurance company would expire. We canceled with our current company and thought everything was fine. We received 2 letters in the mail stating that our policy with State Farm would be submitted to the state of North Carolina Reinsurance Facility as they could not offer us the coverage we had been quoted and that the premiums would rise significantly to which we had to sign a consent. We also received 2 paper bills with a premium increase to what was originally quoted and agreed to, of approximately $800 for a 6 month policy period!!! We were shocked. Customer service agent indicated that underwriting made an error with the policy and separated our son into a separate policy but that it had been corrected. Today, as I write this review, we still saw 2 policies on the website and with the same increases which were almost double what we had been quoted. We also did not agree to the beacon devices in our vehicles because we found out they also require GPS service on the smartphones which would drain phone batteries substantially plus upon reading reviews of the beacon system online, we could not believe how many negative posts about this plus the fact that tracking your "location" has privacy issues/concerns and that most often policyholders would not receive discounts.

Back to this State Farm agency, we repeatedly inquired when we could expect to receive our refund and would not receive replies and still see the policies as not being canceled on the State Farm website. When I searched to contact the actual branch agent, I found these Google reviews which I should have read before contacting them for a policy. We are still waiting to hear about our refund.
